To qualify for bulk pricing, your order must be $1,976.00 or more ($38 weekly for 1 adult as per website). Our meat quote totaled $3052 which we received by email. A Cut Above meats charges HST on their food at a rate of 14.94% which is conflict with the Ontario Ministry of Finance set rules on taxing food goods.

Further from the HST issue stated above, here is a screenshot link from an email we received through a price quote. This is illegal.

A complicated bulk meat order process which lacks price transparency can be time consuming in order to get what you want. To get bulk pricing you must first fill in an inquiry form with your contact details followed by questions about your consumption. It can take a lot of emails to get the exact product mix you ask for. A Cut Above Meats charges an illegal HST tax on food which is illegal and on top of that exceeds the usual 13% HST.
