Pricing was not transparent and did not show cost per lb. on each product.
A Pure and Gentle Farming experience is noted in the "Our Farms" section of the website. This topic was then found to be a cleaning product for sale. Although this was a bit misleading, NutraFarms has good sourcing info on the website.
Advantages:
We found excellent sourcing information on the NutraFarms website about the farms and animals. It was one of the better experiences in our reviews.
Disadvantages:
Inquired many times to obtain more info about the quote we reveived; asking for product cost per lb. Eventually, customer service provided us something that didn't answer our request. Other companies showed us the cost/lb./product without an issue. 4 different customer service representatives contacted us through the entire communication process.
Meat Delivery London Overall Thoughts:
Other companies in our reviews offer lower prices and transparency. NutraFarms have a Farm Package ordering process which became a very poor experience. Pricing with product weight per lb. was being hidden.
