Trulocal has a fun to navigate website and has a strong presence on social media. They are a multinational, and present in most Provinces of Canada and in Illinois in the USA. They were hard to miss in all of our search as they advertise a lot on Google and Instagram.

Bulk orders were advertised on Google and after inquiring about the best priced (bulk) options, we were offered a deal of 20% off the regular price when ordering 6 regular boxes ($249) or more. So, the truLOCAL bulk orders start at $1,195.20 and up. Our test order totaled $3683.60 with their bulk pricing at its best rate which made truLOCAL the most expensive meat and fish delivery in London, Ontario.
TruLocal has the best presented website with beautiful visuals and sourcing info.
Advantages:
Lots of information on where the meats come from and the site is helpful. Great farm videos and a booming load of social media content. Our email was responded to quickly but we didn’t really need help.
Disadvantages:
Pricing is on a points system which means that you have to manually calculate the real price of your meat with patience. For bulk ordering information you have to contact them directly. It appears they have a bulk section coming soon.
